I’ve begun to start being more aware of my health and that involved the food I choose to eat and the daily exercise I achieve. For the past 6 months I have been exercising for half an hour pretty consistently, however, I want to start adding an extra hour to this routine by taking a walk which I keep avoiding. Eating healthy is much more difficult for me since it requires time and planning, and of course money, but I’m planning on making small changes to eat less junk food and replace them with more greens and fruit.
