Today I reminded myself of an important lesson concerning stress.
Don’t stress over things you can’t control.
Sometimes things are out of your control and nothing you do will change that, so it’s best to accept it and put your efforts into something you can control. This past week I have been stressed over the actions or the lack thereof of my team members for a group assignment but today I put those concerns behind me and focused on my work, deciding to shift my priorities tao avoid wasting time and energy. Take action that is best for you and not others.
