Yesterday I attended my friends 20th birthday party. She was the first to turn 20, and it made me realise that I’ll shortly enter my 20’s. It was a little confronting because I don’t consider myself a grown-up; I have much to learn and haven’t gotten to experience much either. To many, 20 is still a very young age, and I agree, but it’s the start of a new decade and I look forward to what it has in store for me. Of course, I have to make the changes to my life but this reminded me that everything I do now will influence my future.
