For the next week, I plan to implement a new technique that will hopefully help me remain focused and take fewer long breaks. The technique is simply allocating a time where you stop working, what you choose to do after that time is up to you, as long as it does not involve work. I plan to make my quitting time 9:30 pm; knowing that I have a limited time to get all my tasks done in a day will hopefully drive me to complete my work on time since I have assigned my free time for the end of the day.
