Previously I posted about a list of habits I planned to achieve in this month, however, unfortunately, I was unable to stick to them. I did not exercise or meditate while camping. I had no motivation when I returned, but the thing with habits is consistency. Even though I missed a few days, I chose not to give up; I continued to practice the habits in the hopes that they would become habitual. It’s not about doing it everyday, but about not stopping after you break the cycle.
