Today I simply want to talk about the progress I have made this year. I have tried to implement several changes this year for my well-being and growth.
One of them is writing every day. In the beginning, this was challenging for me to do so, I felt I didn’t have anything to say and didn’t find the time to do so. Now I make it a point to blog every day even when I can’t think of anything to write because an idea eventually always comes to mind.
I have made great progress in increasing my daily physical exercise. I exercise almost every day now and plan to add more exercises soon since I have gotten used to my current routine – I plan to go on walks soon too.
The way I study and prepare for my exams has also changed. I have improved my mental health immensely by only completing tasks I feel are absolutely necessary, no longer devoting time to extra tasks that would only help me improve by a small margin.
