For the past couple of days, I have been trying to find some time in my day to meditate, and for the most part, I was successful. However, only this morning did I fully appreciate it. I listened to a guided meditation video today because I noticed I had grown a little restless. After listening to the video while practising my breathing I felt much lighter and calm. Furthermore, I felt motivated to continue the day on a good note and began completing the tasks I had assigned for the day. I plan to listen to this video throughout the next couple of days whenever I feel stressed or restless to calm my nerves.
